An insistent request from our customers was to benefit from a simple and attractive loyalty program. It's now done!

SportPalais.com is setting up a brand new loyalty program
cross-platform valid both in store and online.

How the loyalty program works

Each order placed earns you points, 1 euro spent equals 1 point earned.

The points earned are credited to your loyalty points balance upon delivery of your order, until your points have the status pending.

When you reach x loyalty points, your points are automatically converted into a credit worth x valid for one month and usable online and in stores.

An email confirming the creation of the credit is sent to you after each conversion of points.

In the event of refund, the same process applies, as many points withdrawn from your loyalty points balance as euros refunded. Your balance may therefore appears negative.

In store, following the creation of a credit, a credit note will be delivered to you in person.

Every euro spent is rewarded without hassle or additional loyalty card. Your points accumulate automatically and give you regular rights to credits.

How-to use your credits

To use your credits online, nothing could be simpler. Shop normally and go to your Basket to place an order.

At step 4 of payment, if you have credits available, the list of these is displayed with a mention describing the terms of use.

Sequentially select your available credits to debit their amount from the total of your order. You can change your credit selection at any time by withdrawing it from your payment.

If the total amount of your credits covers the total of your order, proceed to pay for your order by clicking on the button "Pay with my credits". Otherwise, you just have to pay the difference with the payment method of your choice.

In store, you just have to present the credit note to apply it to the total of your order.

All credits are listed in your connected space, by accessing the Credits menu

All your credits are accessible and usable at the payment stage of your order.

No forgetting possible, reminder emails are sent 3 times before the next expiry of your credits.

Reward of "customer reviews"

The loyalty program also rewards our customers who take the time to help all our visitors by providing feedback on items ordered.

For each review rendered and published, SportPalais.com credits your balance with x loyalty points.
